We have stayed true to our mission of providing resources and expertise needed to bring projects from inception to completion, by providing services that include Brownfields, Funding, Planning, Sustainability & Resiliency, and Owner’s Representative.

Job Description: Seeking an experienced or aspiring grant management professional. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing woman-owned firm. We offer flexibility with hours and the opportunity to work remotely. (This would not be well suited for someone without consistent availability during business hours.)

Responsibilities: Project management; oversee publicly funded grants for clients; track and manage budgets; prepare grant applications and proposals; research potential funding sources; fulfill grant reporting requirements; participate in meetings via conference call or in person; serve as a liaison between clients and federal and state agencies; and conduct other planning, finance, and grant management activities as needed.

Qualifications: The ideal applicant will be able to work independently and will have experience in budget management, contractor management, financing, project management, grant writing, and community development. The applicant must be able to work independently and provide significant contributions in a multi-disciplined team.

Specific Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 0-5 years of work experience with budgeting, grant administration, grants management, grant writing, or fundraising;
  • Strong writing skills, including ability to convey complex information in a clear manner to a diverse audience;
  • Strong administrative skills and self-motivated with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks in effective and efficient manner; and
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
