Join the Brownfield Coalition of the Northeast (BCONE) on a bus tour of 8 brownfield sites in Woodbridge, NJ - a perfect opportunity to network with your peers and to meet the leadership of Woodbridge Township. Mayor John E. McCormac will kick-off the morning, while Marta Lefsky, Director of Planning and Development, and Caroline Ehrlich, Executive Director of Woodbridge Economic Development, will be on hand to offer insight into making these projects a success. Lunch will be provided at Hatch Mott MacDonald’s’ Iselin office, while presenters, including NJSWEP member, Wanda Chin Monahon, Esq., will discuss how to help a municipality turn a Brownfield into a Recreation Attraction using Green Infrastructure under the LSRP Program through individual presentations on ASTM Phase I changes, the LSRP program, green infrastructure, and the top three legal issues for brownfield redevelopment. The program will conclude with a panel discussion.
