Bressler, Amery & Ross will host an upcoming event presented by Caliper, a talent development company. This event will provide NJSWEP members assessments and consulting services in order to assist them in achieving goals by aligning their talent and potential, as well as that of their employees, with the needs of their business.
Each attendee will fill out an online survey in order to explore the challenges and barriers facing women as ascend they leadership ranks. The team of professionals at Caliper will present and examine these challenges and provide techniques that successful women have used to overcome these various barriers. Participants will also become more familiar with the phenomenon of stereotype threat, its antecedents, and how HR professionals can help women overcome its negative impact on careers. Tentative Schedule:
Registration will begin at 8:00 AM (Breakfast will be provided)
Presentations - 8:30 - 10:00 AM

SWEP Members: Free to attend
Non-members: $25.00
