NJEDA's Brownfield Loan Program Webinar

NJEDA’s new Brownfields Loan Program provides low-interest loans of up to $5 million to potential brownfield site purchasers and current brownfield site owners who intend to develop commercial, retail, or mixed-use developments, expansions, or reuses. Unlike many funding sources for brownfields projects, the Brownfields Loan Program will finance pre-construction planning, demolition, asbestos, PCB removal, and lead-based paint remediation.
