Sweep the Beach with SWEP

Join NJSWEP and SWEP GP as we Sweep the Beach!

We are looking for volunteers to join our Beach Sweep Crew for the Clean Ocean Action Beach Sweep on Saturday, October 19th from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. We will be starting from the West Deptford - Riverwinds Restaurant/Kayak Launch in Gloucester County.

Registration through Clean Ocean Action is required. Use the link below to complete the event registration form. Sign up for the Gloucester County, West Deptford - Riverwinds Restaurant/Kayak Launch location and be sure to list SWEP as the organization:

Event details:

• The event runs from 9:30 am – 12:30 pm.
• Event is rain or shine.
• Bring gloves and a trash bucket (this helps to reduce the number of plastic bags used).
• Bring water (or coffee) and a snack to enjoy!
• Wear sunscreen and hard-soled shoes.
• Dress for the weather.
• Stay off dunes and respect wildlife.
